As part of the transaction, our CEO, Dennis Ellis, has joined Credit Karma’s leadership team. Dennis has been instrumental in steering our company towards growth and innovation, and his vision and leadership have been invaluable. Pedro Kroeff, Zendrive's VP of Operations, who played a key role in the transaction, has been appointed CEO of Zendrive.
CTO Transition:
Our founder & CTO, Pankaj Risbood, has also joined Credit Karma as part of the transaction. Pankaj's technological insights and strategic direction have played a pivotal role in shaping Zendrive and the telematics industry broadly. His forward-thinking approach has consistently pushed the boundaries of what's possible, and we are excited to see his continued influence in his new position.
